I had absolutely amazing stay for 3 nights!

the apartment was beautiful with an iron and a washing machine, everything was great. it was located in a nice enough area just next door to interesting restaurants and the beautiful square,.

The guestrooms were so comfortable, I slept like a baby! They had everything I needed, like a flat-screen TV, ironing facilities, and a cozy seating area with a sofa. I felt right at home.

Although the apartment had a cable TV, I personally would have preferred if there were more channels to choose from.

It was great in general: reasonably spacious room, nice location not far from the city centre, interesting restaurants and the beautiful square...

This place is mind-blowing! The location is superb - just a short walk to the seafront and everything you need. The host was super friendly and available for check-in. The PIN entry made check-out a breeze. The apartment is fully equipped with all travel essentials. The staff is incredibly welcoming and friendly. The room was cleaned daily while we explored the city. The property is spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained. Communication with the front office via WhatsApp was a breeze. The breakfast-to-go service was convenient and tasty. Although we were relocated due to a water problem, the alternative apartments were brand new, thoughtfully appointed, and in an amazing location near the castle. we had a jaw-droppingly great experience and will definitely book again when we return!

Had a great time exploring the quirky city and relaxing in the beautifully designed apartment. It was like a hidden oasis in the middle of chaos.

Surprisingly, the cleaners seemed shocked and confused when we wanted to use both bedrooms. How dare we actually need the space we paid for!

Cleanliness, hotel facilities, location in the heart of the city. We loved the immaculate condition of the hotel and its tasteful decor. The facilities were top-notch, and the location was perfect, right in the heart of the city.

No easy access for cars near the hotel.

The apartment at Hermitage Castelo - Casa Chafariz was spotlessly clean and in a fantastic location right by Castelo St Jorge. We loved the local insights we gained from the host - Gabriela - who helped us order breakfast-to-go each morning. This was a standout service that made our stay even more enjoyable.
